Adjusting thumb throttle angle

My Yamaha Grizzly is a 2023 700 and I'm okay with everything really but the thumb throttle angle is throwing me off. Compared to other ATVs I've ridden, the lever sits at a way steeper angle from the bars, and it's really cramping my hand on longer rides. Is there actually a way to adjust the angle of the throttle lever itself, or is it fixed unless you swap the whole thing out? I took a quick look but didn't want to start messing with it before knowing what I was getting into.

Yamaha's thumb throttle angle on the Grizzly feels like it was designed by someone who's never ridden more than 10 minutes. It's awkward, barely adjustable, and yeah you'll likely need an aftermarket swap to fix it right.

You can definitely adjust it, but don't mess with the lever itself though.
What you'd need to adjust is the angle of the whole throttle assembly.
On the bottom of the throttle housing, loosen the two bolts that clamp it to the handlebar just enough to rotate the entire assembly down to a more comfortable position for your hand.
Once you've got it where you want it, tighten the bolts back up, make sure it's snug, but don't over-tighten it!
It should only take a few minutes and will make a huge difference in comfort!
