A friend of a friend is planning to move to a different state and is trying to get rid of most of what he has here and rebuild there, good for him. One of the many things he's selling is a 2022 EPS SE which seems to be in good condition and he claims that it's solid as a rock. I'm not doubting him, but I would like a second opinion. Are these things good and reliable or am I looing at a headache?

if you're buying second hand vehicles, make sure to test drive it first, listen for any unusual noises from the engine, transmission, or suspension. Check that it shifts smoothly, and test the 4WD. be smart, don't rush

Its actually generally considered good and reliable if it's been maintained well. Like any machine, its condition depends a lot on how it was cared for. If the seller is honest and it's been serviced regularly, it should be a good buy.
