New 2024 EPS XT-R has cracks on the frame

So I have a 2024 Yamaha Grizzly 700 EPS Extreme Terrain and it's been doing good especially since it's the upgraded version of the Special Ed. It's only got 3k miles on it but then there are already issues with the fuel pump as early as now. The warranty still covers it anyway, but I just want to ask if the dealer will replace the frame, too? Because I saw some cracks and openings on the frame. There hasn't been any accident by the way, this has just been apparently the way it is as I only opened now. All of the mechanics I talked to and those friends who's had experienced something of the sorts said this should be covered by warranty, but not really sure I can make a strong case. How's that?

fuel pump would be covered for sure, but the cracks on the frames? I doubt it would be an easy talk with the dealer. check your warranty contract. I suggest you explain firmly your case and make sure to make a good point in proving there hasnt been any accident at all.

If the frame cracks are a manufacturing defect, they should cover it, just make sure to bring the issue up clearly with the dealer, pointing out that the cracks appeared without any external damage. fuel pump's definitely covered like @marshmell0 already said

It can be covered if you have an extended warranty, but it is usually not covered by the standard warranty. for this, you need to contact the yamaha

all these warranty issues here and there, well id rather deal with my stuff myself tho because there can be a lot of hassle in warranty things, maybe that's just my opinion tho

This is what I'm thinking when I stumbled this post. The cracks might not be covered. Do update us when you can. We're invested!

This really depends on your contract, like everybody else says, if you an extended contract then most probably even the cracked frames will be covered. Review your contract with the dealer so whatever you find action can be done right away.
